Main Functions:Drive and manage talent and development management processes.Analyze performance management results to identify hard and soft skills training and development needs.Design and monitor employee training and development programs, assess needs and results, develop new programs and modify existing ones in liaison with HR local factory teams.Manage the implementation of the talent, hypo, and leadership programs launched by headquarters.Design management and technical career paths.Lead Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity initiatives, proposing initiatives to implement the Equality Plan, organize and lead the local committee, and actively participate in the European Committee.Lead internal communication and employer branding actions in coordination with the Corporate Talent and Internal Communication Director and with Corporate Communications.Skills/Competences Requirements:Self-management, interpersonal, social, and communication skills.Proactivity, team player, and internal client orientation; result and detail-oriented.Adaptability, flexibility, and intercultural sensitivity.Independent self-starter, with a strong sense of accountability and a mindset of high-quality results.Ability to effectively interface with and influence employees/managers at all levels of the organization and across functional/geographical lines.Naturally thrive in a "move fast" matrix organization, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently.Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data, draw conclusions, and summarize recommendations.Ability to think and plan strategically but follow through and act on the tactical requirements needed.Experience and Qualifications:8-10 years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization in Human Resources, especially in a Talent Development role.Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively impact employee engagement, calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession, and increase organizational capability.BA in Human Resource, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proficient in MS Office, employee HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).English C1.Other Requirements:Travelling abroad required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
