How can you help us?
Support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Performance Management, in alignment with the strategy and guidelines of the Hero Group.
Additionally, contribute to the efficiency and optimization of talent operations, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.
Your main responsibilities Talent Attraction Collaboration with the Talent Attraction strategy: planning, attraction sources, selection criteria, partners.
Comprehensive management of the selection processes: posting and tracking vacancies, contacting candidates, selection logistics, CV management, and digital filing.
Development of metrics and monitoring of SLAs.
Reporting for reports/obligations and audits.
Support for expense approval and invoice signing.
Internships: selection process/internship agreement signing.
Onboarding: coordination and Talent Management for new hires, including follow-up to ensure their effective integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
Learning & Development Collaboration with the L&D strategy: identification of opportunities, selection of partners, definition of methodologies.
Training logistics: contact with suppliers, provision of materials, rooms, sending invitations and surveys.
Management of documentation and digital filing.
Management of virtual platforms and delivery of training sessions on the platforms.
Support for expense approval and invoice signing.
Management of training bonuses (Fundae) - Documentation, Notification, Organization, and Closure.
Monitoring of the Annual Training Plan and mandatory training.
Monitoring of training statistics.
Reporting for reports/obligations and audits.
Performance Management Collaboration with the Performance Management strategy: identification of opportunities, communication initiatives, creation of support materials.
Administration of platforms (access, employee support, onboarding and offboarding).
Monitoring of the performance evaluation process and report preparation: Support for HRBPs.
Skills and Competencies Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in international environments or multinational companies.
English B2/C1 (Advanced Level).
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management will be positively valued.
Proficiency in MS office and digital platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, OneNote, etc.).
Knowledge and experience related to the following will be highly valued: Application of AI solutions to HR processes, Human Capital Management platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
Competences: People analytics, Project management, Decision-Making, Effective communication, Ability to provide timely and effective solutions.
