Job Overview: Key Responsibilities Global recruitment of talent for a variety of tasks and subject matters: Advertising for applicants and actively contacting potential freelancers to encourage application to RWS Coordinating recruitment activities and application processes for new translation vendors Processing applications, organising tests and evaluations and entering details of successful candidates on the Vendor Database Compiling ongoing statistics to measure effectiveness of recruitment sources and methodology Tracking multiple leads and applications accurately and efficiently to enable quick retrieval Negotiating rates with new freelancers to ensure they are in line with RWS's spend strategies Promoting the use of RWS Studio to potential freelancers Ensuring new freelancers have a clear understanding of RWS's expectations and procedures Networking, representing the RWS brand and influencing the industry: Regular use of social media to retain and grow RWS's presence in the market Representing RWS at events and conferences Conveying the unique benefits of working with RWS to freelancers Developing knowledge and awareness of RWS freelancers and the freelance community in the region, to be able to advise on freelancers and pick up useful information and contacts for strengthening RWS's supply chain Build a mutually beneficial relationship with freelancers in order to place RWS, as a client, in a strategically positive position within your local/regional vendor community
