The Role Key Responsibilities Project Management & Talent Initiatives: Support talent management projects that drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and elevate employee experiences. Collaborate on defining project scope, timelines, and goals while ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders. Craft insightful reports and presentations that influence leadership decisions. Design and facilitate workshops and training programs to empower HRBPs with essential knowledge on talent strategies. Global Onboarding: Own the global onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for new hires that aligns with our company's culture and values. Harmonize regional onboarding efforts to create a consistent, positive experience worldwide. Performance Management: Partner with managers and employees to drive an effective performance management process, ensuring goals are continuously developed and tracked. Provide tools, resources, and guidance to enhance the performance review process. Career Pathing & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement clear career paths, empowering employees to see their growth potential. Support the planning, execution, and analysis of the Employee Engagement Survey, ensuring meaningful actions are taken based on results. What We Need to See From You What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent management or HR roles with a global scope. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for strategy development. Proficiency in Workday HCM and its Talent Module preferred, with experience in other talent management systems as a plus. Your spoken English & Spanish skills are fluent.
