The ideal candidate will give support across the different brands, MTS Globe, OTS Globe and Axis Data, with a strong focus on recruitment whilst ensuring the highest level of candidate experience.Our HR model is based on the employee lifecycle, and our mission is to give support to our employees and ensure the best experience during recruitment, integration, professional development and exit.In addition, you will be involved in HR continuous improvement projects to ensure a consistent and professional HR service and close cooperation with internal and external partners.If you see working in Human Resources more as a passion rather than a job, we are waiting for you!Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Identifying the best sources and methods to locate the best candidates for our open positions according to key requirements. This includes publication of vacancies, screening, conducting interviews and assessments, creating ad hoc candidates reports, etc.Be a key person for the manager during all the recruitment process from the approval of the job description, posting the vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, creating ad hoc candidates reports, etc.Support the implementation of new and innovative HR and corporate social responsibility initiatives.Support in the organization of social events for our colleagues such as summer or Christmas parties to reinforce our social community.Minimum Requirements:HR professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience with a special focus on recruitment and professional development.Psychology University Degree.Fluent level in the English language (written and verbal).
