Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing : Use all the tools in your recruitment toolkit (social media, job boards, referrals, and more!)
to find and engage top-tier tech candidates whether they're software developers, engineers, data scientists, or IT specialists.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation : You'll dig deep to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential think technical interviews, assessments, and your expert eye for talent.
Collaboration : Partner up with hiring managers and technical leads to nail down exactly what we need, then develop killer hiring strategies to find the perfect fit.
Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a solid pipeline of high-quality tech candidates—always ready for current and future openings.
Employer Branding : Be the face of Service Club in the tech community.
Whether it's through social media or attending tech meetups, you'll help us build a brand that talent can't resist.
Market Research : Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, compensation packages, and hiring best practices to keep us ahead of the game.
Negotiation & Onboarding : Lead the charge in negotiating competitive offers and make sure new hires feel like they just joined the coolest team around.
Reporting & Analytics : Track key metrics and make sure we're hitting hiring goals like the recruitment pros we are!
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles with a strong understanding of tech stacks and trends.
? Mastery of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)

A communication pro able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams alike.
Experience with technical interviewing, especially for software development or engineering roles.
