You will have the opportunity to collaborate, hand in hand with the Talent Manager, in the comprehensive management of the group's development processes, as well as in the implementation of the company's training plan and support internal communication actions.
RECRUITMENTRecruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, publication of vacancies, group dynamics.Monitoring of selection processes on the platforms for all interns in the organization.Implementation of internship agreements.Onboarding of new employees joining the company.Employer branding tasks.Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.
)Support in the selection process of point-of-sale professionals under the supervision of the different HRBPs.Follow-up and update of the scorecard.Reference point for trainees in the organization.Exit interviews.TRAININGParticipate in detection of training needs, analysis and elaboration of CATALOGUES and training contents with the HRBPs of each of the Brands.Participate in the management & control of the Public Training Grant (Forcem) for the Beauty Division and coordination with HRBP´s to ensure the proper allocation in the Brands.Support in the Management and selection of suppliers (Training Consultants and identify the locations to deliver training).Analysis, monitoring and feedback of the results of the training actions (with relevant reports and corrective actions).Coordination of training and internal communication actions that directly affect trainees and support for those that impact the rest of LVMH employees.Support in the sending of the evaluation questionnaires of the training actions, reception and control of the evaluations.Collaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools.PROFILEEducation: Undergraduate / Bachelor's degree, with a specialization in HR or Masters.Tools to manage: Office 365, Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Languages: Spanish and advanced English mandatory.
