We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development Manager to lead, coordinate, and implement our talent development programs within Europe in close collaboration with our business units and in alignment with the Global Center of Expertise. As a Talent Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by nurturing and developing our most valuable asset - our people.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate the needs for trainings, develop and implement programs that align with the goals and strategies of the organization.Develop and implement career paths, including development opportunities.Lead the annual performance and talent review process within Europe in close collaboration with Corporate HR.Build a comprehensive talent development roadmap and pipeline.Lead succession & forward planning within Europe.Understand industry trends and technical developments in Talent Development and HR technology that impact the value proposition.Spearhead the development, leadership, and coordination of strategic workforce planning initiatives across Europe.Champion the development, leadership, and coordination of strategic workforce planning efforts throughout Europe.Take the lead in developing and implementing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors/Masters' degree, ideally in HR or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, organizational and leadership development, project management, and change management.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.Robust acumen to identify opportunities and foster outside-in thinking.Fluent language skills in English.
