Job Description: Position Overview: The Talent Development Lead & Sales Coach is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development programs that enhance the skills and performance of the IT sales team within the LASER region. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to achieve their full potential and drive business growth. Additionally, the role includes delivering company-based training programs that produce desired business outcomes and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational development education solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Development: Designed and implemented training for the Barcelona Sales Hub, leadership development, career development, and retention programs. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Collaborate with business segments, global functions, and Centers of Expertise to customize and localize delivery solutions. Sales Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to IT sales team members. Develop personalized development plans for sales professionals from iPBM, DSR, BDR and managers. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching interventions. Utilize data and analytics to track performance improvements and identify areas for further development. Training Delivery: Deliver moderate to highly complex and innovative learning solutions to a technically advanced individual contributor, management, and executive audience. Lead the creation of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and technologies. Skillfully manage a learning environment with limited preparation, constructive feedback, and prediction of and response to learner needs. Establish credibility by demonstrating expert knowledge of solution content and providing relevant business examples. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align talent development initiatives with business goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and productivity. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and sales coaching. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Identify sales high-potential employees and create succession plans. Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members. Skills: Advanced planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills. Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex technologies and concepts. Expert ability to evaluate variances in learning styles within an audience. Advanced familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Typically 6+ years in a training delivery or equivalent role. Typically 4-6 years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience. Proven experience in talent development, sales coaching, or a similar role. Technical knowledge of the full HPE portfolio and solutions (from servers to cloud technologies) Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with multiple stakeholders. Capacity to build trust within the corporate internal ecosystem. Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making. Certification in coaching or talent development (e.g., ICF, SHRM) is a plus.
