8 IN COMPANY CULTURE & LEADERSHIP CONSULTING, Human Resources consultancy based in Barcelona, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Development Consultant to join the team, delivering tailored, high-quality advisory services to our client organisations.As a Talent Development Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our clients' HR and leadership teams to design and implement bespoke strategies for talent management and leadership development.
This role requires hands-on experience in talent management, organisational development, and leadership development and succession planning, along with the ability to foster strong client relationships in a personalised, high-touch environment.Responsibilities:Partner with client leaders and HR teams to craft bespoke talent strategies aligned with business goals.Strategically plan and manage tailored talent management and organisational development projects with a focus on D&I.Conduct in-depth competency and skills assessments, recommending development plans to equip organisations for future challenges.Design and implement Talent Review processes to foster professional growth and identify high-potential talent for sucession planning.Support the development of succession planning strategies to ensure seamless leadership transitions.Facilitate training and consultancy sessions to enhance team performance and develop leadership capabilitiesStay abreast ofer emerging trends in talent management, leadership development, and organisational culture to provide cutting-edge, innovative solutions.Guide the implementation of HR tools and technologies that enhance the employee experience, tailored to the unique needs of each client.Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of talent initiatives, adjusting strategies as required.What We Offer: A unique opportunity to work in a boutique consultancy environment, offering personalised high-impact solutions.Exposure to bespoke, high-level projects with diverse clients.A collaborative and supportive working environment.Competitive remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth.Profile:Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years´experiencie in talent consultancy, organisational development, or human resources management.Previous experience in talent management roles within large organisations or high-level corporate environments will be valued.High level of proficiency in English is essential.Proven experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and organisational design.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.Proficiency in office tools and familiarity with HR technology platforms (HRIS, performance management systems, LMS).Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bespoke projects and meet client-specific needs.Flexibility, adaptability, and availability to travel and work on-site at client offices as required.
