Join us and become a Heartist.Job DescriptionPosition ScopeThe Talent and Culture Graduate in Training's primary responsibility is to meet and assist colleagues' requirements, professionally and efficiently while handling projects, daily tasks, and departmental requirements.General Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Talent & Culture Department in the day-to-day operation of the department as required.Support internal Talent and Culture projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made. This includes championing the tracking of all Talent and Culture Policies and ensuring all colleagues have signed these, which must be filed in the employee files.Assist the Talent and Culture Department with filing of employee training reports.Support with office administration duties such as phones, photocopying, and office/stationery supplies.Coordinate colleague events as appropriate, training events, and events of similar nature.Distribute any training-related correspondence to colleagues.Perform any other duties assigned by the Talent and Culture Manager.Administer and report on training-related expenses.Coordinate and monitor generic training interventions.Receive course nominations and book employees' attendance on the system.Maintain and update filing and statistical records systems for both Training & Development Section.Maintain stationery stock levels and inventory stock list for the Training & Development Section.Assist with developing departmental training needs analysis and training plan.Track INES and Typsy learning portals, reporting on the same.QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years professional experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
