Join us and become a Heartist.Job DescriptionReporting to VP Talent & Culture Mediterranean & Nort Africa, and supported by a team of 2, you, as the Director Talent & Culture Spain & Portugal, oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business and company goals.Main accountabilities:Support Offices:Acts as a true Business partner to all Support Functions Senior Leaders based in the Iberia for all Human Resources mattersImplements performance cycle, merit review, STIP policy rollOrganizes and optimizes, with local L&D Manager, training & development for Support Offices employees, manages training planEnsures implementation of Engagement Survey, definition and implementation of actions plans and drives a culture of engagementEnsures best work conditions and wellbeing of Support Offices employeesConduct Employee relations, maintaining a qualitative dialog and sets collective status.Manages any disputes or litigations adequatelyOversees Spanish Payroll and coordinate with external providersDefine and maintain local policiesT&C services to Hotels in the Hub:Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders OperationsDelivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement.Manages Hotel schools relationsPromote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy
