Job Description
Reporting to VP Talent & Culture Mediterranean & Nort Africa, and supported by a team of 2, you, as the Director Talent & Culture Spain & Portugal, oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business and company goals.
Main accountabilities:
Support Offices:
Acts as a true Business partner to all Support Functions Senior Leaders based in the Iberia for all Human Resources matters
Implements performance cycle, merit review, STIP policy roll
Organizes and optimizes, with local L&D Manager, training & development for Support Offices employees, manages training plan
Ensures implementation of Engagement Survey, definition and implementation of actions plans and drives a culture of engagement
Ensures best work conditions and wellbeing of Support Offices employees
Conduct Employee relations, maintaining a qualitative dialog and sets collective status.
Manages any disputes or litigations adequately
Oversees Spanish Payroll and coordinate with external providers
Define and maintain local policies
T&C services to Hotels in the Hub:
Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders Operations
Delivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement.
Manages Hotel schools relations
Promote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy.
Collaborate with the CoE Operations for Bloom
Talent Acquisition MED:
Ensures Managed hotels General Managers selection, acting as an agency
Identifies future GM & HODs pipeline & ensures development of top talent Heads of Departments
Ensures Support Office talent selection (in MED region) as per needs, in compliance with Company selection standards & processes & Budgets
Guarantees excellent onboarding process for all new hires
Hotel Openings and Massive Recruitments
Assessment Centers
Define Employer Branding actions and strategy for the region
Project Management
Implement and adapt global and ENA projects at local level
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous HR experience as generalist
Consultancy & sales background
Languages: Spanish, Portuguese & English
Ability to implement projects
Labor law knowledge for Spain and Portugal
Capacity to accompany different profiles in different languages
Management of a team
