Job Title: Talent Country Lead (Temporary 12 months) OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a Talent Lead to be part of the HR team in Unilever Spain/Barcelona.
This person will be reporting directly to the Employee Experience country lead and will be part of the HR Leadership team.
His/her main objective is to lead the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Agenda, as well as the Internal Talent Management Processes and cross-functional projects, together with 1 direct report under his/her responsibility.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead the E2E Talent & EB agenda by setting objectives and key results, according to the internal needs and external market trends.
Together with the EB Champion in his/her team, design the best strategy to attract Unilever Future Fit Talent and deliver the best and most agile Talent Acquisition experience considering different employee targets and time to offer needs, as well as driving innovation in this field.
Lead the E2E execution of Talent Acquisition Processes and represent Spain in the Global Unilever TA Network.
Design, develop and deliver hiring manager training programs to help bring objectivity and efficiency in the hiring process and assist leaders in making high-quality and objective hiring decisions.
Use data as a management principle , ensuring great Talent (External & Internal) metrics to support HR Leadership Team in data-based Talent decisions.
Participate in Internal People Discussion Forums and Talent Needs , adding a point of view about external and internal KPIs and trends.
Lead, co-lead and participate in cross-functional projects regarding Future Fit Talent, New Ways of Working, and Cultural Transformation.
Partner with D&I Advisor when leading initiatives to build a more inclusive workplace and D&I hiring initiatives.
Lead external relations and partnering strategies to deliver the Talent Agenda.
Coach and develop the team under his/her responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS: Be a team player, passionate about people and high-performance teams.
Experience in Talent Acquisition roles in fast-paced environments; experience in attraction and hiring of early career talent programs is a must.
Understand succession plans and performance management processes.
Past exposure to transformational projects within the HR agenda.
Project lead demonstrable experience.
Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
Solutions-oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity.
Collaborative, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo and engage with others to learn and share.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
