Location: on a remote working schedule, open to different cities across the country depending on the territory to cover.
About the Role The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
Your responsibilities will include: Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device.
Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system.
Providing initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse and related products.
Meets with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative solutions.
What are we looking for in you: We are open to welcome newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
Strong team player, collaborative, and able to build relationships.
Self-motivated and able to influence others.
Willing and able to travel extensively as required.
