As a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Strada's Europe's recruitment, you would be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in all offices across Southern Europe.Our business is continuously growing and therefore the recruitment successes are essential. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. As we work in an international environment, you will also cooperate with other HR teams across the globe.Main tasks & responsibilities:Take responsibility for the entire recruitment processWork closely with line managers to create job descriptionsMaintain and update the Recruitment Information SystemScreen CV's, invite & interview candidatesProvide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practice, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring managerMaintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and jobsitesDevelop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openingsCoordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other eventsCandidate ProfileUniversity Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc)2 to 5 years (in-house) recruitment experience, preferably with high volume recruitmentOutgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills in English.Any other European language is welcomed.Ability to work independent of direct supervisionAbility to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing businessWe offer working as a Talent Acquisition Advisor within our office in Granada means working in an international and dynamic business environment with the opportunity to work with multiple cultures and use your foreign language skills.
