We are leaders in the Barcelona and Madrid recruiting scene, with an international and young working environment.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work exclusively with one of our esteemed clients.Your primary responsibilities will include:- Conducting job analyses and compiling detailed job profiles- Filtering applications and conducting telephone pre-screening interviews- Performing in-person interviews- Managing the entire selection process from start to finish- Enhancing company visibility and contributing to the ongoing development of the employer brand Requirements We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:- You are based in Barcelona.- You have a native level of Portuguese.- You have a good command of English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese.-You have prior experience in recruitment.
