We're looking for an intern to recruit, welcome and engage with their fellow interns to make their journey at Radisson's corporate support office exciting and amazing!
THE JOB:
You will be part of a fun team, with colleagues based both in Brussels and Madrid. As a team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with the business on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention. All this in a more and more digitalized way, supported by our HRIS system Workday and Applicant tracking system Harri.
DURATION: 6 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continue building a strong partnership with international Hospitality and Business schools and universities.
Explore new partnership opportunities with schools/universities.
Manage the sourcing and screening of interns for the different internship positions.
Collaborate with head of departments to define internship needs.
Organize competency-based interviews with intern candidates.
Organize the onboarding for interns, including contract administration, supporting with relocation questions, and providing newcomers with information on their first day.
Connect with the interns on a regular basis to support their performance in the role and explore possible development opportunities.
Create one team of interns by organizing activities for interns to engage and learn from each other.
REQUIREMENTS:
Being enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
Being fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Be yourself and be super motivated to start an exciting journey for at least six months.
