The area of Human Resources covers Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Professional Development/Training, Strategic HR Projects, Personnel Administration and Labour Relations (involving a current team of fifteen people).
JOB DESCRIPTIONA fantastic job opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources Area as "Talent Acquisition Specialist".
We are looking for an experienced individual who is willing to start the challenge of working in one of the most important and competitive Research Centres linked to the health sector in Spain/Europe.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition Unit, the successful candidate will have a pivotal role in the organisation assisting with recruitment processes and identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth.
This role will work closely with the Learning and Development Unit, the Labour Relations Unit and with the hiring managers across the whole organisation.
Education and QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources/Labour relations or related discipline.Desired: Recruitment and selection course.Interview techniques course.People Analytics course.Experience and KnowledgeRequired: Minimum 2-3 years' experience as in-house Talent Acquisition or similar role.Full-cycle recruitment experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Minimum of 1-year experience working with ATS.Minimum of 1-year experience working on employer branding initiatives.Experience assessing diverse recruitment techniques (especially in Behavioural Event Interview and Competencies-based interviews).Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.Confident in MS Office.Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude.Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.Detail/results-oriented.Flexible and adaptable to different dynamics and processes.Fluency in Spanish and English.Desired: Agency recruitment/Headhunter experience.Fluent in Catalan.Main Responsibilities and DutiesThe main responsibilities will be:
Talent Acquisition: Full recruitment lifecycle considering DEI and the Open Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment Policy (OTM).
Provide best candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment and hiring cycle.Serve as an advisor to hiring managers by assisting on selection best practices, conducting interviews, and offering support during the recruitment process.Collaborate with external recruitment providers when required.Maintain accurate records during recruitment process according to standards.Assist Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition Unit on daily basis (projects, strategies, conducting trainings).Talent Attraction and Employer Branding: Actively participate in Talent Attraction campaigns and Employer Branding initiatives, providing content and engaging candidates.ATS: Handle vacancies and guarantee all recruitment phases are completed in a timely manner according to deadlines and standards.
Give support to hiring managers using the new ATS.
Assist Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition conducting ATS trainings.HR Projects: Participate in projects related to their area of expertise such as Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, Equality Plan.Labour ConditionsFull-time position (40h/week).
Starting date: January 2025.
Contract: Permanent.
Gross annual salary: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scales.
