We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Madrid for an initial 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international stakeholders, deliver a cost effective and efficient recruitment process across Group Support Function roles, mainly IT and Finance, as we establish our Global Centre of Excellence in Madrid. Your main tasks and responsibilities: Talent evaluation and screening (e.G., analysing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducting screening interviews, assisting managers with interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates) Talent prospecting (representing the organization at employment fairs, participating in campus recruiting activities, building sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools) When time allows, getting involved in onboarding and HR generalist assignments. Support job advertising and postings on internal and external platforms and create social media content for recruitment campaigns. Promote job openings across social platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, to attract a diverse range of candidates. To succeed in this role, you will need: Agency or in-house recruitment experience in Finance and IT Group Functions Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment Know-how in professional networking and using LinkedIn and other social media for candidate sourcing Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance, and client-focused environment A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends A creative approach to developing engaging recruitment content Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors) What We Offer: A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives Do you have a question about the role?
