More than 100 thousand customers rely on our solutions to accelerate their business activities while optimizing their operations.As a certified Trusted Service Provider, we control over 35 million documents and carry out more than 180 million signatures a year, guaranteeing security, compliance, and legal value.As a trusted third party, we are eIDAS certified and follow European standards and the ANSSI General Security Regulation to offer all legal guarantees in terms of securing our customers' online transactions.We have offices in Barcelona, Valencia, and Paris, working together to help companies of any size and sector to optimize their administrative tasks related to document signing and digital communication.What you will do at Signaturit:Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting process, from RAF creation, job posting to offer acceptance, for all open positions.Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Active Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to actively identify and engage with potential candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/HRBPs.Onboarding: Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.ATS Management: Manage the administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System to ensure efficient recruitment processes.Pipeline Management: Always maintain a pipeline of candidates, especially for the Revenue and Tech departments to ensure a quick turnaround for these critical roles.Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice through various channels.Data-Driven Decisions: Use and generate recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make informed decisions.Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.CHRO Reporting: Maintain a follow-up file to provide regular updates to the CHRO on recruitment activities and metrics.What skills will make you perfect?Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Tech Industry (min 5 years).A deep understanding of the tech industry and the specific skills and qualifications needed for various technical roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify and attract top talent, particularly those with experience in software development and eSignature solutions.Relationship-building and assessment skills are essential for this role
