Skello is a European company that aims to reinvent the work experience for field teams by enabling them to better anticipate, organize, and communicate.
How?
Through collaborative and intuitive technology.
Specifically, Skello is a SaaS solution for HR management tailored for establishments with complex scheduling needs.
For managers, Skello optimizes work organization and aids in decision-making regarding team-related costs.
For employees, Skello facilitates communication and simplifies their daily tasks.
Skello's ambition is to become the reference solution for all field teams in Europe.
To achieve this, a Series B funding round of €40 million was completed in September 2021 with funds specializing in the sector (Partech, Aglaé Ventures, and XAnge) to continuously deliver more value to its clients through new features and to expand into new industries beyond its historical sectors: hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
