What you will do in this role
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on our team, you will:

Perform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing).
Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / Supervisor.
Prepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customers when necessary.
Inform candidates about the results of interviews.
Prepare a formal written proposal for the position when necessary.
Collect documents from new employees and provide them with the company rules, policies, and safety information before their starting date.
Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the date of commencement of the new employee.
Enter the new employee's information in the database and prepare their home form for Human Resource Management.
