Reporting to our Corporate Talent Acquisition your responsibilities will be: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Determine selection criteria.Source potential candidates through online channels.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.Lead employer branding initiatives and organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Interpretate data and support the team in consequences to take actions.What do we offer you? REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: Academic background: Bachelor's DegreeHigh English level (high French level is a plus)Soft skills: Proactive, people-oriented, self-starter.Good communication skillsResults orientedWork experience: 4 years of work experience as a recruiter.Availability for national and international travelHighly valued coming from a multinational in the sector, or from another FMCG sector.
