What you´ll be doingYour day-to-day as a Talent Acquisition Be the owner of the entire recruitment process to help Shakers double our team in 2025!
From sourcing to onboarding, you'll make sure we hire the best talent across all areas (Marketing, Finance, Tech, Sales—you name it).Drive both inbound and outbound recruitment efforts, attracting and identifying top talent who are ready to grow with us.Run interviews like a pro, assessing technical and cultural fit while keeping the process smooth and engaging.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we're bringing the right people on board.Coordinate interview processes with team members, making sure everything runs like clockwork.Create an amazing candidate experience—from first contact to offer letter—ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Shakers vibe.Stay data-driven, track recruitment KPIs, and share actionable insights to continuously improve our hiring strategy.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor when it comes to all things talent.3.
What we´re looking forYou´re a great fit if you... Have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a scale-up environment where you've driven rapid team growth.Excel at recruiting tech talent while being enthusiastic about hiring for other functions such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance.Can demonstrate success in attracting top talent and building teams quickly, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Thrive on KPIs and metrics, translating data into effective recruiting strategies.Speak fluent English & Spanish (able to conduct interviews in both languages).Show initiative and creativity, taking full ownership of projects from conception to completion.Possess exceptional communication skills and excel at building strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.Think outside the box and consistently find innovative ways to attract top talent.Are dedicated to delivering an outstanding candidate experience that makes Shakers stand out.4.
What's in it for you?Compensation The salary range for this position is between 36.000€ and 46.000€.
The salary consists of:
