What will you do?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and driving talent development initiatives.
In this dual-focused role, the specialist will attract and hire top talent while collaborating on talent development programs to support employee growth and retention.
The position partners with department heads to understand workforce needs, align recruitment strategies, and create development opportunities to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
1.
Recruitment and Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, recruitment marketing platforms, and professional networks to source candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and credentials for suitability of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, talent needs, and best practices.
Ensure job descriptions reflect accurate role expectations and company goals.
4.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
Maintain relationships with candidates for future roles, even after rejection.

Talent Development: Collaborate with HR leadership to identify high-potential employees and design development programs tailored to their growth.
Assist in creating and executing employee development programs, such as mentoring, leadership development, and skills training.
Support performance management processes by providing input on employee growth potential and development plans.
Facilitate career path discussions and work with department heads to align training opportunities with employee goals.
Promote internal mobility by identifying existing employees for internal job openings and helping them transition into new roles.
6.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing: Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences.
Assist in creating and promoting content for the company's career site, social media platforms, and job boards to attract talent.
Collaborate on creating talent development communications to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure employees have access to necessary training materials and development opportunities.
Provide input on continuous onboarding programs to engage employees beyond their first few weeks.
8.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment and development metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and employee retention.
Monitor employee development outcomes and generate reports on the impact of talent development programs.
Use data to adjust recruitment and development strategies for continuous improvement.
What do we look for?
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or talent development.
Skills : Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
