As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will engage and excite new candidates, guiding them through the entire recruitment life cycle.
You will become an expert in process and productivity-driven recruitment!To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract diverse candidates.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements.Administer assessments and coordinate technical interviews as needed.Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage open house events.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.Conduct criminal background checks and drug screens.Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.Maintain employment records for future reference.Candidate QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent combination of training and experience.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Follows process guidelines.Exceptional time management skills.Self-motivated.Takes ownership of duties and other tasks as assigned.Must be able to manage highly confidential information.Advanced skills with MS Office tools.Impeccable attendance.Call Center experience preferred but not necessary.Conditions of EmploymentMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.Subject to the program and location of the positionMust be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
