To meet our long-term goals and further strengthen our organization, we are hiring a goal-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist.This is a full-time, on-site permanent position reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, located in Fuengirola (Spain).What will you do?As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the recruitment team at the Customer Service Center in Fuengirola, focusing on establishing and maintaining recruitment best practices and processes. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams in our other business units and partner up with the Hiring Managers in Customer Service to hire the best people. You will recruit both externally and internally for different types of positions, but mainly for new customer service agents.The core responsibilities will be to liaise with hiring managers and department heads to maintain fair and high-quality recruitment processes. This will entail providing insights and recommendations to the hiring managers, researching the best sourcing strategies according to the role, compiling recruitment adverts, reviewing applications, scheduling, conducting interviews, and overall being accountable for the recruitment process. Additionally you are responsible for pre-boarding administrative tasks.The Ideal Candidate IsA native Swedish speaker with an understanding of Norwegian or a native Norwegian speaker with an understanding of Swedish.Fluent in English.Experienced as a recruiter for at least 1 year.A graduate of a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.It Will Give You An Additional Advantage If YouAre fluent in Spanish.Are experienced in customer service environments.Note: When you apply, please add your CV in English; this recruitment process will be held in English.
