Collaborate with senior leadership to assess current and future talent needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other third-party partners to support talent acquisition objectives as needed. Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders Represent the organization positively to candidates and promote the employer brand through various channels. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance employer reputation and promote candidate referrals. Conduct follow-up and exit interviews of employees. Are you the one we are waiting for? Education: University degree in Psychology or similar. Experience: 4 years in talent acquisition.
