The Role Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team is experiencing significant growth in hiring activities, and we are seeking an individual to deliver best in class recruiting services to meet this demand.
Our work includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle; supporting & guiding hiring managers; managing hiring experience whilst ensuring we secure the best talent; partnering on workforce planning and strategic direction of hiring through data and insights; proactively developing talent pipeline to support future hiring needs, producing regular recruitment updates and supporting colleagues in the wider EMEA region on operational projects.
You will demonstrate experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Hiring for the Southern European market (Spain and France preferred)Sourcing talent through a research-based approachSelling the story and vision of the company and engaging talentForging strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior LeadershipIdentifying and removing barriers to successful deliveryAdapting to changes as the business evolves through strong organizational skills and agilityLeveraging data to influence staff/hiring decisionsYou are fluent in English and can also speak fluently Dutch or German.
