Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate Staffing M/F/XYour main responsibilities will include:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are in charge of the staffing of our internal positions. Your main responsibilities are:Liaising with internal departments to determine and challenge recruitment needs.Developing sustainable talent acquisition strategies and procedures in line with industry trends to increase the efficiency.Design, plan and execute employer branding activities in line with your strategies.Managing hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems and continuously improving the candidate experience.Building strong candidate pipelines and pools by sourcing the best candidates in an internal database or on social media.Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.Create and present KPI reports.What we are looking for:You have successfully obtained your Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.You bring a first experience in recruitment.Sourcing and recruiting industrial professionals at various levels is no big deal to you.You bring a positive attitude, strong communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.You are a leader with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.French as mother tongue, English fluent.
