What you'll do Take ownership of the entire full-cycle IT recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. Source, attract, and hire national and international candidates for technical positions across all levels, maintaining rigorous standards throughout. Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and collaborating closely to meet hiring needs. Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruitment reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the process. Contribute to building a positive and inclusive team culture by fostering collaboration, trust, and respect among colleagues. Demonstrate the ability to comprehend the broader perspective and identify candidates not only tailored to your own vacancies but also to share potential candidates with your colleagues. What you'll bring Solid experience in full lifecycle in-house IT recruitment within a fast-paced and growing industry. Understanding of the technical company landscape in Spain, including key players, emerging trends, and industry dynamics. Demonstrated ability to recruit for and understand a broad range of engineering positions; specifically, profiles within the Software Development life cycle. Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and recruiting vision to attract top talent to the organization, including sourcing techniques using online social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub. Have worked with an ATS effectively on a daily basis
