We are currently seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Project Manager, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.

About The Role:
Attached to the People Development organization, the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence's transformative ambitions are to define the skills for tomorrow.
You will be identifying and enabling best in class processes, practices and technologies. Combined with enabling upskilling, we secure the ability for the TA community (all TA professionals globally) to attract, assess and acquire early and experienced talents for a career at Technip Energies.
To realise this, we work under high synergies with the other People Development CoEs; Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning and Development.
You will be responsible for the design, development, planning, implementation of Talent Acquisition projects and lead the adoption of change across Technip Energies operating centers. This will include:
Project set up, scope definition and realising the change management plan.
Realization of the project deliverables.
Design of internal global procedures.
Processes translated into our business process.
Monitoring and follow up to ensure a smooth adoption.
You will coordinate your actions with project contributors, actively onboard the TA community through regular communication, and prepare project outcomes presentation to PCLT and other P&C officials.
If needed, review proposals from consultants and external providers related to the scope of the project.
Your agenda will consist of:
Contributing to the upskilling of the Talent Acquisition community across all centers, in particular by elaborating the digital change adoption and education plan against the TA Standards with Product Owner support and other CoE members.
Proactively measure, detect and formulate requirements to improve end user performance efficiency and satisfaction.
Plan and organize innovative solutions and approaches to enhance candidates experience, partnering with Talent Management CoE pertaining to internal candidates.
Conduct Talent Acquisition analytics delivery to guide business and P&C leadership decision making process.

About You:
Tech savvy and nurture curiosity for new technologies pertaining to the TA field.
Data centric approach with capacity to zoom to details, and big picture.
Sound knowledge about talent attraction, selection and management, and candidate experience.
Operational project management skills.
Intercultural and interdisciplinary management skills.
Fluency in English (Spoken and written).
