We're looking for a results-oriented, curious, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner who will support recruiting activities across our multiple organizations in the company. This role is responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring the best talent for OneTrust across a diverse range of strategic positions. Working in close partnership across the internal functions, the TA Partner will play a key role acquiring new talent with a focus on regional strategy, operational effectiveness, and recruitment best practices across the region.
Your Mission :
Successfully manage and prioritize full lifecycle recruiting through strong project management and organization skills.
Deeply understand business and hiring manager needs within particular functions and markets, and help create impactful recruiting strategies.
Build strong stakeholder relationships (executives, hiring managers, HR, finance) through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.
Operate cross-functionally and collaboratively in a culture of continuous improvement.
You Are : You are self-motivated and able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize your workload. You are able to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines and to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization. You are meticulous and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy. You're adaptable to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and someone who loves learning about the latest software trends and technologies.
Your experience includes:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience in hiring talent from entry level to senior management preferred.
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OneTrust's values and culture.
Familiarity with laws, immigration, regulations, and best practices as it relates to hiring.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Prior experience in working with Greenhouse.
Prior experience in working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Prior experience working with Workday.
