Papaya Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner & HR Generalist to join our global HR team.
You Will: Manage and own the recruitment process end-to-end – from screening to HR interviews, reference checks, negotiations, and offers. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the recruitment field to drive innovation and improve processes. Provide HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts, escalating when necessary. Requests may include information about onboarding, questions regarding global benefits, employment verifications, and other general inquiries. Maintain our HRIS, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners. Work as a truly global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers, and executives. Continually work to better our processes, spotting areas we can improve to drive our function forward. Conduct employee investigations, separations, and exit interviews. Greet candidates onsite, deliver tours, prepare hiring managers for interviews, and ensure schedules are maintained. Assist with HR initiatives and projects. RequirementsAt least 3-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably from a startup/high-tech company. Proven success in building recruiting processes and flows with multiple segments. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. Comfortable making decisions independently. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
