The role:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner focused on tech, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain high-caliber tech professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Sourcing and Recruiting: Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, networking, events) to source candidates. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality tech candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition. Work with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment goals with company objectives. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Data and Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and performance against targets. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives. Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and tech meetups. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, focused on tech roles. Skills: Strong understanding of the tech industry and its recruitment challenges. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. It'll also be an advantage if you have experience in: Finance experience or knowledge of Trading Knowledge of TradingView
