The Main Event: What you'll do Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Tech positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience Keep candidates informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the status of candidates and provide timely reports to stakeholders Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions The Perfect Match: What you bring 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Tech and Sales roles Spanish and English language skills is a must-have Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Sounds like you?
