.About the jobWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, and delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner. As a trusted advisor, you will also develop recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will have a mixture of technical and non-technical requisitions and must be comfortable handling 12-15 roles at a time and working with virtual/distributed teams.The role is focused on supporting all hiring needs across our diverse geographies and product lines. The ideal candidate will work in the Eastern Standard Time zone to meet with our GMT-based hiring managers and our PST hiring managers.What you'll doFull cycle recruitment of our global roles across all product linesWorking in coordination with external recruitment parties such as agencies, you will own and be accountable for the entire recruitment function
