Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our office in Barcelona, you will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, actively involved in crafting recruitment strategies, optimising job postings, developing recruiting marketing channels, and planning comprehensive recruitment campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial assessments to interviews and offers. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and seek out talented candidates for available roles within the organisation. Implementing effective recruitment strategies to support the organisation's growth objectives. Refining and improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conducting thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role. Developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Creating compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and company culture. Utilising various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent. Coordinating and conducting interviews, both in-person and virtual, as needed. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Managing candidate relationships and providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
