The Talent Acquisition Partner will: Partner with business leaders to manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent in competitive markets. Collaborate with hiring teams to scope roles, ensure process excellence, and maintain high talent density. Leverage recruitment tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion to optimise hiring outcomes. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence hiring strategies. Essential Skills: Proven expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, including market mapping and offer negotiation. Experience hiring for GTM or business development teams within high-growth environments. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, delivering actionable hiring solutions.
