Join Our HR Team as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist! We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist who will coordinate new hirings process starting from recruitment through a smooth onboarding, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate the onboarding process and ensure the quality delivery of new hirings. Please note, this position is temporary and serves as maternity cover for a minimum of one year.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinating hiring process with managers to identify staffing needs. Determining the recruitment approach based on market expectations and opportunities. Sourcing potential candidates through agreed channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using an Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor). Creating job profiles and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements. Cooperating with external hiring support (headhunters, recruitment agencies, external job ad channels) to optimize the recruitment process. Preparing and providing recruitment reports upon request. Designing, implementing, and maintaining the onboarding process (process flow and documentation). Coordinating the onboarding process flow. Providing support to managers (instructions, training, etc.). Cooperating with all stakeholders of the process to ensure efficient execution. Qualifications and Experience: University degree in HR, People Management, Psychology or similar. Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding tools, standards, and best practices. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
