What will be your mission?

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role and the company culture. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and ensure alignment between candidate qualifications and job requirements.

The main functions will be:
-Identifying and attracting potential candidates for job vacancies within the organization.
-Managing the experience of content websites with web content management systems (CMS).
-Working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
-Assessing candidates qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles through interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
