Explore your future career About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will work directly with the Senior HR Manager Spain. You will have a direct impact on the success of Malt as we scale from 45 to 150 employees over the next 3 years.
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will:
- Recruit the best! At Malt we believe people are our most important asset!
- Use a mix of headhunting, job adverts and referrals to identify future Malters
- Help our employer branding shine online and offline
- Onboarding of new Malters with a focus on the new-hire experience
This includes:
- Advising internal managers on profiles and the talent market in general
This is a unique experience to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment. We use tools and processes to be efficient, but you will have to think outside the box to be successful.
Preferred Experience
- 2 - 4 years experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast-growing start-up
- Able to handle 20+ recruitments a year
- Credible and reliable, the foundations of being a trusted advisor
- Optimistic mindset, you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well
- Fit with our values: care, ambition, joy, autonomy
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Our Recruitment process
- First call with Elisa, our Head of Talent Acquisition, to better understand your background, your expectations and answer your questions
- A first interview with Berta, our Senior HR Manager Spain, to discuss your background in more detail, answer situational questions and better understand our expectations
- A business case to present to a panel to test your recruitment skills
- Final interview with a C-Level to give you an overview of Malt's strategy and long-term vision
- Proposal within 48h
