Develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills while achieving higher levels of performance.Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on search strategies and solutions while developing slates of candidates and ensuring finalization and completion of the hiring process.Responsible for managing and driving Government and Campus relationships in view of grants negotiation, recruitment and branding tie-ups, changes in employment legislations, etc. pertaining to talent acquisition.Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders including assigned functional area.Maximize the use of recruiting tools and technologies to streamline activities and remain at the forefront of talent acquisition.
