About the roleYour mission will be to:
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing, people and business leaders to establish an employer brand identity; Manage the company's profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent-related websites; Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels connected to Seqera's SM accounts/efforts; Work with marketing to develop advertisement materials for recruiting events, as well as digital media; Consider different events to participate in during the year to attract talent and make employer branding stronger.Process Improvement and Development: Suggest improvements on the results of the analysis on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc; Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices; Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.About youWe are looking for someone with:
Extensive experience (5-7 years) managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
And you love working on teams with diverse groups of people.Experience working with product, SaaS and high-growth businesses, delivering tech hires (Software Engineers, Product, Data, DevOps, Automation QA) whilst having some focus on other roles too.Europe and/or US Talent Market in-depth knowledge.Ability to track & report delivery activity, using different tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - we use Lever.Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (we work daily in English only).People Management experience (nice to have).Branding/Internal Comms experience (nice to have).Your unique set of skills are:Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.Experience building and maintaining relationships.A builder - likes to be part of a core team that is building a new thing from scratch.Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.Why join us?By learning from and with each other, we ensure our ability to drive innovation and make better decisions toward our mission.
