If you have experience in talent acquisition in a tech environment and you are looking to reach the next level, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your potential at a Startup.What are we looking for?Expertise in presenting our value propositions, validating, negotiating, and closing excellent candidates.Extensive knowledge in the IT sector, technologies, and the ability to identify candidates with appropriate experience and knowledge to work in technical positions.Skillful in operating with a sense of urgency at all stages of the hiring cycle.Capable of successfully navigating a constantly changing process.Proven track record in meeting objectives.Experience in managing technical recruitment teams.From 3 to 5 years of experience recruiting.Both Spanish and English language are a must.Your day-to-day as a TALENT ACQUISITION LEADEROPERATIONALActively search, acquire, and conduct interviews with talent from the community.Seek, engage, and explain Shakers' value proposition to talent to encourage them to join the community and participate in Shakers' client projects.Be responsible for acquiring high-quality product/technology talent for the Shakers community.Manage and control community members' expectations to align with the company's vision.Use and control major recruiting tools as well as be familiar with the use of digital products.Foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, creating a sense of community.Develop ideas to change messaging, presentations, or any outward-facing content/event to help impact our ability to acquire talent.Stay abreast of the latest recruitment strategies and market movements while facilitating training sessions with recruiters and leaders regarding sourcing, interviewing, profile identification, process flow, etc.Be aware of, attend, and create strategies for events where our target audience is present.MANAGEMENTWork in a more strategic or leadership role when necessary.Handle data and be able to forecast the necessary talent pipeline, set goals, train, manage, and lead your team to achieve objectives.Utilize funnel metrics impacting business to drive actions and propose improvements ensuring the recruitment process is fast, efficient, and humane at all stages.Manage the relationship and reach new agreements with external partners for specific situations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
