About This Role As a Talent Acquisition Lead based in our Madrid office, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting the exceptional talent that will propel Morningstar forward.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and provide your expertise to bring in the best candidates to join us, ensuring that every new team member aligns with our mission and values.
What You'll Do Lead the Talent Journey: This is a 'hands-on' role, so you'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing to extending offers.
You'll ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Mentor and Guide: Provide leadership and support to Talent Acquisition Associates in Madrid, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered to succeed.
Collaborate with Purpose: Partner with hiring managers across our global teams to understand their needs and find talent that not only fits skill requirements but also resonates with our core values.
Innovate Continuously: Be a driving force in enhancing our recruitment strategies, working with the Senior Manager for TA in EMEA to stay ahead of industry trends, promote Morningstar as an employer of choice, and establish world-class recruiting practices.
Who You Are Experienced Recruiter: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and actively recruiting, as well as enabling strategic projects and your team members to thrive.
You'll have a proven ability to manage across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
