What your future position looks like: This pivotal role involves serving as a key HR point of contact for recruitment strategies and coordination to ensure organisational alignment. You will collaborate with all stakeholders, contribute to our Series B fundraising efforts, and support our rapid growth.
Your main missions will include: 1. Recruitment and Sourcing (50%) Manage the recruitment process for senior and specialised roles by sourcing candidates through diverse methods such as job boards and networking. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, create detailed job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Serve as the primary contact between hiring managers and candidates, handling communications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback. 2. Coaching, Training, and Development (20%) Provide guidance and training to junior Talent Acquisition team members to enhance their skills and performance. Track and assess team performance against recruitment targets, offering feedback and support to drive improvement. Revise and oversee the onboarding process for all new HR team members to ensure their seamless and successful integration into the team and organisation. 3. HR Support and Projects (10%) Support the HR Manager with various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and effective execution. Ensure smooth communication and workflow between Talent Acquisition and other HR functions, aiming for an efficient recruitment process and positive candidate experience. 4. Strategic Planning (10%) Work with the HR Manager to create and implement recruitment strategies, identifying effective channels and touchpoints. Analyse recruitment metrics and performance data to assess strategy effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. 5. External Relationships and Events (10%) Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other organizations to create talent pipelines. Plan and manage recruitment events and career fairs, collaborating with marketing teams on branding and outreach strategies. You will be a good fit to join us if you: Are fluent in English (proficiency in French is a plus). Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Recruiter, Talent Lead...) Have developed coaching and mentoring skills, backed by a personal track record. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Are a strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies. Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Have a solid knowledge of HR practices and principles, along with a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations. Are proficient in using recruitment software and tools, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance recruitment processes. Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
