Job Responsibilities MAIN DUTIES The PR Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:
Recruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, publication of vacancies, group dynamics.Monitoring of selection processes on the platforms for all interns in the organization.Implementation of internship agreements.Onboarding of new employees joining the company.Employer branding tasks. Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.)Follow-up and update of the scorecard.Reference point for trainees in the organization.Exit interviews.Collaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools.Skills Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.Attention to detail.Passion for Perfumes Loewe.Good communication skills.Dynamic and quick learner.Profile PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES: Degree in Public Relations or related field.
LANGUAGES: Spanish & English Fluent (min. C1). French is a plus.
IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Office 365 (mainly Excel); 2D and 3D modeling programs are a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience is valuable.
AVAILABILITY: For immediate incorporation.
OTHERS: Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for 6 months minimum.
