ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking talented individuals eager to make a meaningful impact as part of our HR team at ID FINANCE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Full life cycle recruitment: post job adverts, proactive sourcing, organize interviews, candidate engagement, managing the interviewing process, and negotiating offers.
Ensure our ability to attract and retain talent and achieve forecasted business volumes.
Use the internal ATS to manage applications and collaborate documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their recruitment needs (business area and technical area).
Design and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Post vacancies on job platforms and professional networks.
Evaluating resumes and conducting interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
Participate in events and job fairs to promote the company's employer brand.
Follow up with candidates and manage the selection process from start to finish.
Participate in the retention of talent in the company, carrying out continuous monitoring of workers.
Manage and develop relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the service is delivered to agreed service levels.
Skills : Experienced recruiter, working with high volumes in short timescales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills.
Ability to work with staff at all levels.
Ability to lead and drive change initiatives, with good understanding of the principles of change management.
Ability to work hands-on and on strategic projects as well.
Ability for problem solving, conflict resolution, motivation, and negotiation.
Assertive with a can-do attitude.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent knowledge of current employment legislation.
Commercially astute.
Education: Degree in Psychology or equivalent directly related work experience.
English Advanced Experience Target: Must have proven experience within a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and be able to make positive contributions towards business improvement and teamwork.
